What you'll do
- Build LLM chatbots, retrieval-augmented systems and AI assistants, taking NLP and generative AI work from design through launch
- Create data pipelines for ingestion, cleanup and document updates, then add prompts, embeddings, vector search and evaluation
- Write asynchronous REST services with FastAPI or Flask, managing LLM API limits, retries and service resilience
- Deploy and monitor applications on Azure, then scale them and deliver quick proofs of concept and MVPs
- Guide junior teammates and help keep delivery moving
What you bring
- At least seven and a half years of experience, plus fifteen years of full-time education
- Advanced Python skills and at least five years working in NLP, AI or machine learning
- Production experience deploying generative AI, including LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with Azure LLM services, Azure cloud components, async FastAPI or Flask, and CI/CD monitoring tools
