Estamos buscando un AI / ML Engineer para participar en proyectos de análisis de sistemas legados del sector financiero y seguros, utilizando herramientas de IA para generar insights que apoyen iniciativas de arquitectura, modernización y migración de aplicaciones.
Tareas a realizar
- Analizar sistemas legados mediante herramientas de IA y grafos de conocimiento.
- Interpretar dependencias, flujos y relaciones entre aplicaciones utilizando Neo4j y consultas Cypher.
- Analizar código fuente para identificar procesos, integraciones, estructuras de datos y lógica de negocio.
- Colaborar con equipos de arquitectura, negocio y migración para transformar hallazgos técnicos en recomendaciones accionables.
- Generar documentación técnica y ejecutiva, incluyendo inventarios, matrices de dependencias y reportes de análisis.
Requerimientos
- Experiencia en análisis técnico de aplicaciones y sistemas empresariales.
- Conocimientos de Neo4j, bases de datos orientadas a grafos y lenguaje Cypher.
- Capacidad para leer y comprender código en lenguajes como Java, Python, SQL/PLSQL, C# o similares.
- Experiencia utilizando VS Code, IntelliJ, Eclipse u otros entornos de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento de Git, GitHub o Bitbucket para control de versiones.
- Experiencia utilizando herramientas de IA generativa como ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot o Claude.
- Capacidad para validar resultados generados por IA y contrastarlos con evidencia técnica.
- Buenas habilidades de documentación y comunicación con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
Deseable
- Experiencia en proyectos de modernización o migración de aplicaciones.
- Conocimiento de entornos financieros o de seguros.
- Manejo básico de línea de comandos Linux/Bash.
