Your area of work:
The Senior IT / AI Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving application and platform architectures across the organization. The role combines hands-on project architecture with architecture governance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
The Senior IT / AI Architect is accountable for:
- Overall architecture quality and integrity of assigned initiatives.
- Establishing target architectures and technology direction.
- Production and maintenance of architecture deliverables.
- Compliance with enterprise architecture principles.
- Documentation and traceability of architectural decisions.
- Successful architecture handover from Project Phase to Continuous Development.
- Enabling application teams to operate independently within established architectural guardrails.
Your Responsibilities:
Project Architecture
- Act as an embedded architect for strategic projects and major transformations.
- Define target architectures, technology selections, and integration patterns.
- Produce and maintain High-Level Architecture Documents (HLA), Architecture Decision Records (ADR), and solution designs.
- Ensure architecture meets business, security, performance, and resilience requirements.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams, product owners, and project managers.
Architecture Governance
- Review Architecture & Infrastructure Planning (AIP) and Solution Design Documents.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide Architecture Review Feedback (ARF).
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
- Maintain architecture decision logs and architectural documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Advise senior business and technology stakeholders on architectural decisions.
- Present proposals and recommendations to Architecture Boards and governance forums.
- Support strategic planning, innovation, and technology roadmaps.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Solution, Enterprise or IT Architecture
- Experience in Enterprise & Solution Architecture, API, Integration & Event-Driven Architecture, Security & Non-Functional Architecture
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, integration architecture, data architecture, security, and enterprise systems
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments preferred

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-national team
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
