Dein Profil

  • Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science o. ä. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Machine Learning Engineering, ML Ops, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering oder DevOps
  • Sehr gute Python-Skills sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen ML-Frameworks (z. B. PyTorch oder TensorFlow)
  • Routine in AWS-Cloud-Umgebungen sowie im Container- und Infrastrukturumfeld (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Flux, Kustomize, Infrastructure as Code)
  • Vertraut mit CI/CD, Automatisierung und entsprechenden Tools (z. B. GitLab CI)
  • Begeisterung für Large Language Models, AI-Plattformen und den produktiven Einsatz zentraler KI-Services
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, starke Kommunikation und Ownership-Mindset
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb einer zentralen AI-Plattform für bankweit genutzte KI-Dienste (z. B. ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex)
  • Entwicklung zentraler Komponenten zur standardisierten Anbindung von Anwendungen an KI-Services (z. B. MCP Gateway)
  • Unterstützung von Anwendungsteams bei der Integration zentraler KI-Tools sowie Sicherstellung einer einfachen, sicheren und standardisierten Nutzung
  • Aufbau und Betrieb zentraler Proxy- und Monitoring-Lösuxngen für KI-Services (z. B. LiteLLM, Langfuse)
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten für zentrale KI-Dienste
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur-, Infrastruktur- und Security-Teams zur Etablierung bankweiter KI-Standards
  • Implementierung und Betrieb von Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen für zentrale KI-Dienste
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung einer noch jungen AI-Plattform
