What you'll do
- Build agent-based AI workflows, including systems that use retrieval-augmented generation and multiple agents
- Improve retrieval pipelines backed by vector databases, and connect language models to enterprise systems
- Create REST services with FastAPI or Flask, plus interface components in React
- Run CI/CD workflows and use GitHub and JIRA to manage development work
- Assess emerging AI tools and libraries for use in your work
What you bring
- You have five to six years of experience developing AI solutions
- Strong Python skills, plus hands-on use of agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
- You understand retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, language models and prompt design
- You have built with React and developed REST APIs, and know CI/CD tools, GitHub and JIRA

Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on AI Developer to build Agentic AI solutions including RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise integrations. The role involves developing scalable, production-grade AI systems using modern frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop Agentic AI systems and workflows
· Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases
· Develop APIs using FastAPI/Flask
· Create UI components using React.js
· Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems
· Implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks
· Manage CI/CD pipelines
· Use GitHub and JIRA for development lifecycle
· Continuously evaluate latest AI tools and libraries
Required Skills
· Strong Python programming
· Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
· Understanding of RAG architecture
· Knowledge of vector databases
