What you'll do

  • Build and maintain the Azure infrastructure that supports AI, working closely with the IT infrastructure team
  • Connect business systems such as Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM to AI solutions
  • Assess AI tools and models, then run technical pilots to test them
  • Develop and operate AI agents and automations within the company’s infrastructure
  • Coordinate external engineering providers and improve central AI applications such as ChatGPT or Claude

What you bring

  • A completed computer science or software engineering degree, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong Python skills, plus practical use of Git, code reviews and CI/CD
  • Hands-on work with LLM and agent solutions, prompt engineering, RAG and agent frameworks
  • Knowledge of OAuth, API integrations, MCP and foundational IT security, along with very good German

  • Im Team: Verantwortung, Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der technischen KI-Infrastruktur in Azure in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Infrastrukturteam
  • Systemintegration: Anbindung von Unternehmenssysteme wie Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM und viele weitere an unsere KI-Lösungen
  • Innovation: Bewertung und Durchführung neuer KI-Tools und Modelle und technischer Pilotierungen
  • Spezialist*in: Entwicklung und Betreibungen von KI-Agenten und Automatisierungen in unserer Infrastruktur
  • Optimierung: Koordination externer Engineering-Dienstleiste und unser zentralen KI-Anwendungen wie ChatGPT oder Claude

Wir haben noch viel vor, daher sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Background: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, des Software Engineerings oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Expertise: Berufserfahrung in Digitalisierungsthemen sind von Vorteil
  • Skills: Gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit Git, Code-Reviews und CI/CD, sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • KI-Entwicklung: Praxiserfahrung mit LLM- und Agentenlösungen, Prompt Engineering, RAG und Agenten-Frameworks.
  • Integration & Sicherheit: Kenntnisse in OAuth, API-Integrationen, MCP sowie Grundlagen moderner IT-Security.
