Job Description:

Intel is transforming to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world. We design and deliver industryleading technology that powers data centers, enables AI, and drives the future of computing. Join a team building the software and platforms developers use to deliver performance at scale.

The Senior AI Developer Relations Advocate serves as the primary owner of the example applications developers copy when they build agentic and retrieval augmented generation solutions on Intel's current and future data center platforms.

This role builds and maintains production quality demos, blueprints, and workshop repositories on open libraries, including vLLM, SGLang, and Intel Inference Microservices, and on Open Source agent frameworks, including LangChain and MCP. The role treats every example as a product. Each one is pinned and reproducible, tested in CI from a clean machine, documented for a developer with no prior context, and runnable unmodified on Intel data center platforms.

The role leads flagship workshops and livecoding sessions at conferences, hackathons, and customer sites, and converts what developers hit in those rooms into fixes in the examples, the upstream libraries, and the product. Strong hands on Python engineering, depth in inference serving and agent frameworks, visible opensource engagement, and the ability to teach and present to developers live are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Own the agentic and retrieval augmented generation example applications for the AI software stack on data center platforms, including inference microservices and the agentic toolkit.
• Build and ship production quality demos, blueprints, and workshop repositories that developers can clone, run, and copy into their own projects.
• Build on open libraries and agent frameworks, including vLLM, SGLang, Intel Inference Microservices, LangChain, and MCP, and keep the examples current as those libraries and models change.
• Test every example in CI from a clean machine so it runs on a first attempt and stays reproducible.
• Lead flagship workshops, hackathons, and livecoding sessions at developer events and customer sites.
• Contribute upstream to the open libraries and agent frameworks the examples depend on.
• Convert what developers hit in workshops, issues, and customer engagements into fixes in the examples, the documentation, and the product.
• Partner with engineering, product, and developer advocates so each new capability ships with a working example application.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building agentic applications with agent frameworks and familiar with tool calling protocols such as LangChain and MCP.
• Experience with open inference libraries such as vLLM or SGLang, including serving models behind compatible endpoints.
• Experience building retrieval augmented generation applications end to end, including retrieval, embedding, and serving components.
• Track record of publishing reference applications or samples that other developers run, with visible open source contributions preferred.
• Prior experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a similar role, including leading workshops or livecoding sessions for developer audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical audiences.
• Ability to translate developer feedback into example applications, documentation, and product improvements.
• Strong hands on Python engineering with the AI software stack, especially CPU based and heterogeneous AI inference.
