Internship – AI Engineer - AI-Powered CRM, Engagement & Churn Analysis
Understanding client engagement has become a key differentiator in modern wealth management. Relationship managers need better tools to identify evolving client behaviours, anticipate risks and proactively strengthen client relationships.
As part of our AI-Powered CRM initiative, you will help build intelligent models capable of identifying engagement patterns and detecting early warning signals that may indicate declining client interaction or potential attrition.
YOUR ROLE
- Develop AI-driven capabilities that measure client engagement and help bankers proactively identify churn risks and relationship opportunities.
- Analyse client interaction data and behavioural indicators.
- Identify meaningful engagement metrics.
- Explore machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.
- Develop dashboards and insights for bankers.
- Build proof-of-concept predictive models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate findings.
- Present recommendations and potential enhancements.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's student in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Interest in AI, predictive analytics and behavioural modelling.
- Experience with backend, frontend and database technologies.
- Knowledge of data science or machine learning frameworks is a plus.
- Curious, proactive and result-oriented.
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
