What you'll do
- Build and launch conversational AI solutions on Kore.ai, including chatbots and AI agents
- Create agentic AI capabilities with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation and prompt engineering
- Connect enterprise applications and data sources through REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and Node.js
- Develop reusable conversation components, then address production issues to improve response quality and system performance
- Apply security, governance and architecture standards while delivering use cases with business, technology and product teams
What you bring
- At least four years of overall experience, including three or more years using Kore.ai directly
- Strong conversational AI development experience, including work with Kore.ai XO10, XO11 or Artemis
- Hands-on ability with JavaScript, Node.js and Python, plus solid REST API and JSON knowledge
- A computer science, information technology or related degree at bachelor’s or master’s level
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases and agentic AI concepts

• Total Experience 4+ years
• Strong experience in Chatbot / Conversational AI development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform
• Strong experience with Kore.ai XO10, XO11 or Artemis
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js and Python
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG and Vector Databases
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and architectures
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI observability platforms is preferred
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred
• Kore.ai Developer / Artemis certification is preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, configure and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform.
• Build and enhance chatbots and AI agents using Kore XO10, XO11 or Artemis.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and Prompt Engineering.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and Node.js.
• Design and implement reusable conversational AI components and agent capabilities.
• Integrate LLMs, Vector Databases and enterprise data sources into AI solutions.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration and AI observability practices where required.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve AI response accuracy, stability and performance.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business, technology and product teams to deliver conversational AI use cases.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
