As a Gen AI Architect (Healthcare) - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. As a Senior Manager, you will utilize your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Driving data-driven decision-making through exploratory and descriptive analysis and statistical modeling
- Managing complex data analysis and creating data visualizations to solve business problems and inform strategic decisions
- Utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance data science workflows and predictive modeling
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and confirming data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in data engineering projects
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine data solutions

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data wrangling techniques.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
