- At least six years in software engineering, including five or more focused on production Python backend development
- A degree in computer science, AI, data science or a related area, or comparable qualifications backed by practical experience
- You can work fluently in English and Polish, with at least B2 proficiency in both
- You have built production applications, worked with AI systems and managed cloud services such as AWS or Azure

Your Key Responsibilities
- Designing, implementation, and testing multi-agent workflows and adaptive decision logic
- Collaborating with AI Prompt & Agent Engineers, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize system architecture
- Contributing to architecture, design, and technical direction of solutions
- Optimizing prompts and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications
- Building scalable backend services and orchestrate integrations across cloud environments
- Coordinating API integrations with external AI platforms, internal systems, and MCP servers
- Developing APIs, connectors, and interfaces ensuring secure, scalable communication across platforms
- Contributing to technical documentation and continuous process improvements
- Supporting culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in one of the following fields: Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Engineering, including at least 5 years focused on backend development with Python in production environments
- Fluency in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficiency in building and scaling production-grade applications
- Demonstrated experience with AI technology, such as AI Agents, RAG, MCP, including quality assurance of AI systems
- Proven experience working with managed cloud services (AWS or Azure), including AI services, storage and databases
- Familiarity with deployment of containerized applications in scalable cloud environments, e.g., Kubernetes
- Experience managing API integrations and coordinating with external AI platforms and internal systems
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to remove technical roadblocks
- Effective collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to explore new technologies
- Capability to take ownership of technical decisions, contribute to efficient and maintainable architectures, and support other developers through knowledge sharing and mentoring
- Hands-on experience with with AI agent development and orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain and LangGraph, or similar is a plus
- Proven track record in designing multi-agent systems and adaptive decision logic is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs is considered an asset
