What you'll do
- Design and run AWS infrastructure, including Lambda, NoSQL, SQS and other listed platform services
- Automate platform rollout and upkeep by creating and maintaining Terraform code
- Help develop an Internal Developer Platform and coordinate application launches with teams using CI/CD
- Track system health with Prometheus, Grafana and CloudWatch, and handle platform incidents on call
- Oversee HashiCorp products and improve platform testing, deployment and configuration workflows

The Platform Engineer designs, builds, and maintains the Simpro platform infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. The Platform Engineers will automate the testing, deployment and configuration management processes. The Platform Engineer will select appropriate hardware and software components, configure the networking and storage resources and create security policies.Ce que vous ferez
Architect, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Lambda, NoSQL, SQS. ASG, EC2, EKS, RDS, and Cost Optimisation.Write and manage Terraform code to automate platform deployment and management.
Be knowledgeable about Internal Developer Platform and contribute to create IDP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful deployment of applications using CI/CD tools.
Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability and promptly address any platform issues.
Utilise monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch to monitor and ensure system health.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on relevant industry trends.
Manage an array of HashiCorp suite products.
Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team.
