- Coordinate UbiOps installation projects at customers, including setting up cloud and on-premises environments and integrating with existing IT infrastructure
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers: solve problems, give demos, workshops and trainings, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements and work with our development team on building and testing new features
- Support our sales team with your technical knowledge of the product, customers and market
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science or another technical discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, customer success or a similar role
- Proficient in Python, Linux and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and experienced in working with APIs
- Familiar with GenAI and MLOps practices and technologies
- Excellent communication and training skills, able to explain technical topics clearly to customers
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a big plus
- Willing to travel to customers for projects within the Randstad
