What you'll do
- Design machine-learning workflows that take data from intake through to predictions, and test each stage
- Build and tune agentic models that adjust their behavior as user contexts change
- Expose machine-learning capabilities through cloud-based services and APIs for internal and external users
- Connect models to data lakes, Kubernetes environments and event-driven systems, then monitor and improve them
- Guide junior engineers, benchmark model performance, and run A/B tests and scaling studies against service targets
What you bring
- At least ten years in machine learning and data science, including deployments into production
- Practical depth building agentic AI with reinforcement learning, natural language processing or multimodal models
- Experience with a major cloud platform and Kubernetes, plus building REST or gRPC APIs
- Strong coding ability in Python, Java or Go, and experience with CI/CD, automated testing and model deployment

โข 10+ years of experience in machine learning and data science with a proven track record of production deployments.
โข Deep expertise in building agentic AI solutions using reinforcement learning, NLP, or multimodal models.
โข Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
โข Strong background in developing RESTful and gRPC APIs and integrating them with external systems.
โข Handsโon experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and model deployment tools.
โข Excellent coding skills in Python, Java, or Go, with familiarity in scalable frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
โข Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and measurable outcomes.
