- A Ph.D. in a listed technical field from an institute such as an IIT, IISc or IIIT
- Experience building AI models with generative AI and deep learning methods
- Programming ability in Python or Java, plus familiarity with cloud AI services and deployment pipelines
- Ability to improve model speed and scale for production use

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis tools. - Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.
