What you'll do
- Build and maintain Python applications and services for data management and governance
- Automate governance and quality workflows, including anomaly checks and ongoing monitoring
- Create APIs that connect data and business intelligence platforms
- Build Data Office assistants and natural-language-to-SQL tools using LLMs and agents
- Integrate systems through MCP, then prepare data and AI solutions for production
What you bring
- A postgraduate qualification in data or AI, such as an engineering degree or master's
- At least five years in data engineering, data science or AI
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, RAG and agent-based AI
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD practices

This senior role suits someone who can work independently and collaborate with both technical and business colleagues. You'll join a ten-person Data Office team and work with data, architecture, security and infrastructure specialists in an international setting. The position is hybrid, with three remote-work days per week.

Au sein de la Direction Business Technology et rattaché(e) au Data Office, vous rejoignez une équipe constituée de 10 personnes et contribuez au développement de solutions innovantes autour de la gouvernance des données, de la qualité des données et de l'intelligence artificielle générative.
Vous évoluez dans un environnement international et collaborez avec des experts Data, Architecture, Sécurité et Infrastructure.
Vos missions
Data Management & Data Governance
· Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications et services en Python.
· Automatiser les processus de Data Governance et de Data Quality.
· Développer des contrôles qualité, mécanismes de détection d'anomalies et solutions de monitoring.
· Concevoir des API et services facilitant l'intégration avec les plateformes Data et BI.
· Participer à l'amélioration continue et à l'industrialisation des processus de gestion des données.
Intelligence Artificielle & Agentic AI
· Développer des assistants IA dédiés aux métiers du Data Office.
· Concevoir des solutions Text-to-SQL permettant l'interrogation des données en langage naturel.
· Mettre en œuvre des architectures basées sur les LLM et les agents intelligents.
· Développer des connecteurs et intégrations via MCP (Model Context Protocol).
· Participer à l'industrialisation et au déploiement des solutions IA en production.
Profil recherché
Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 (École d'ingénieur ou Master 2 en Data ou Intelligence Artificielle), vous justifiez d'au moins 5 années d'expérience dans les domaines du Data Engineering, de la Data Science ou de l'IA. Ce parcours vous a permis d'évoluer dans des environnements modernes de développement et d'industrialisation reposant notamment sur Git, Docker, Kubernetes et les pratiques CI/CD.
Reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie et votre esprit d'équipe, vous faites preuve de curiosité et d'une forte capacité d'analyse. Vous appréciez les environnements innovants et avez à cœur de développer continuellement vos compétences.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Python et SQL, et disposez de solides connaissances en Machine Learning, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI et Text-to-SQL.
Vous possédez également une bonne compréhension des architectures Data, des API REST et des environnements Data Warehouse.
Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes capable d'interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés, tant métiers que techniques. Votre niveau d'anglais professionnel vous permet d'évoluer aisément dans un contexte international.
Une première expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou assurantiel serait appréciée.
