Job Requirements
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions to production at cloud scale.Architect backend services, data pipelines, and REST APIs that power AI features.
- Own the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive bug fixes, RCAs, and automation; keep pace with the latest in AI and cloud-native tech.Uphold data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
Must-Haves
- 8 years building production software, with a strong AI/ML track record.
- Proficiency in Python and one of Java, Go, C, or C++.
- Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design, REST APIs, Linux.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Docker/Kubernetes.Solid grasp of statistics, data mining, and visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Led AI projects from concept to production.Experience with data protection / backup & restore, filesystems, or distributed systems.
- Deep cloud infra knowledge (storage, databases, caching, networking, load balancers).Git and agile workflows; publications or open-source contributions.
Education
