What you'll do
- Build Python connectors that let AI agents securely use internal tools and retrieve information
- Link the employee intranet and internal platforms to AI services, including approved external vendor agents
- Create REST APIs and backend services that route agent requests and return structured data to the intranet
- Add access controls, audit records and safeguards against unsafe tool use or prompt injection
- Test and monitor integrations, document how they work, and help resolve production issues
What you bring
- Three to five years of hands-on software engineering, with strong Python development skills
- Experience building REST APIs, handling JSON and schemas, and using authentication methods such as OAuth or OIDC
- Working knowledge of agent tools, structured outputs, multi-step workflows and safe execution
- Practical MCP or agent-to-agent integration experience is strongly preferred

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $157,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
