What you'll do
- Build and launch analytics, machine learning and generative AI systems that address practical problems for internal and external users
- Turn AI and generative AI models into complete working solutions, from development through deployment
- Set up cloud MLOps and CI/CD workflows, including model checks, automated tests, integration and production monitoring
- Review and refactor model code, then package, deploy and version models for ongoing use
- Work with data, business, design and IT colleagues to shape and deliver AI solutions
What you bring
- A degree in computer science, mathematics or physics, or comparable education, plus at least three years of professional experience
- You can build cloud-based AI applications and end-to-end ML solutions, with Azure and GCP experience
- You can create data and MLOps pipelines and have used Kubernetes and an MLOps framework such as MLflow
- You have hands-on experience with RAG, production LLM monitoring and agent frameworks, plus strong Python skills
- Fluent English, strong analytical thinking and clear communication

Tasks and Qualifications:
🎯 Your role:
- Design, build and deploy innovative solutions in the area of data analytics, machine learning and generative AI to solve complex real-world problems for our internal and external customers
- Apply machine learning and generative AI models for end-to-end solution building
- Build MLOps on cloud (Azure and GCP) and build CI/CD pipelines
- AI model review, code refactoring, containerization, deployment, versioning and monitoring
- AI model validation, test automation and integration
- Collaborate closely in interdisciplinary teams with data scientists, data engineers, business units, UX designers and IT departments
📚 Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or a comparable education
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Ability to design, implement and maintain AI-driven applications on cloud (Azure and GCP), including performance and cost monitoring and optimization
- Strong experience with AI/ML end-to-end solutions developing
- Ability to build data and MLOps pipelines and experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow) and with Kubernetes
- Experience with leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and monitoring them in production using LLM Observability platforms (e.g., Langfuse)
- Ability to develop and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate complex workflows and enable autonomous decision-making using an agent framework, e. g. ADK
- Excellent Python programming skills and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries like scikit-learn, Pytorch, Tensorflow etc.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- High degree of initiative and solution orientation
- Fluent in English
